Enrollment schedule for foreigners applying for admission to the first year of full-time Bachelor studies in the academic year 2020/2021 on the basis of art. 324 paragraph 2 of the Act of July 20, 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1668).

Please note: the Card of Pole and permanent residence card do not confirm Polish citizenship.

Admission schedule:

I. From 01.06.2020 to 16.08.2020 until 11:59 p.m. – electronic registration of Candidates in the IRK system.

Within this deadline:

• Create a candidate account on https://rekrutacjaue.ue.wroc.pl/en-gb/
• Complete all required data and upload the photo.
• Choose the program from the offer, make the application (sign up for the program in the system).
• Pay an enrollment fee of 85 PLN for each selected program to the individual account indicated in the system. The enrollment fee is not refundable.
• Enclose scans of the original documents required in the enrollment applications section.

Please note: Only candidates with complete set of required documents will be considered.

Also note: it is permissible for one candidate to register separate applications under the same enrollment account for any number of programs, provided that he registers a separate enrollment application for each program and pays a separate enrollment fee.

• Check your enrollment account often. There will be information about threshold points and messages about the current status of your application. Keep up to date with the information in the News tab.
• The candidate does not enter the results of his secondary school-leaving exam. The results will be calculated and entered into the system by the Enrollment Committee on the basis of attached scans of documents.

II. Threshold points setting, deadlines for submitting documents.

1). 20.08.2020 until 4.00 p.m. – setting the first threshold points qualifying Candidates for admission to the first degree studies.

Candidates who have obtained the required minimum number of threshold points will receive the information Qualified in the Qualification status window and the information on the place and time of submitting documents in the 'Commentary'. Other candidates will receive the message Reserve list.

2) 21.08.2020 to 26.08.2020 until 3:00 p.m. – submission of documents by the first-qualified candidates.

Candidates qualified should provide the required documents by post or courier. The deadline indicated is the date of submission of documents to the Enrollment Committee, not the date of dispatch of the package. Submission of documents within this period is a guarantee of admission to studies.

3) 27.2020 to 4:00 p.m. – the second setting of threshold points qualifying candidates setting second point thresholds and qualifying candidates from the reserve list.

If there are free places, the threshold points will be lowered and subsequent Candidates with the status "Reserve list" will be qualified to submit documents (changing the status to Qualified). In the ‘Commentary’ they will also receive information about the date and place of submitting the documents.

4) 28.08.2020 to 01.09. 2020 until 3:00 p.m. – submission of documents by candidates qualified in the second term.

Candidates qualified from the reserve list should provide the required documents by post or courier. The deadline indicated is the date of submission of documents to the Enrollment Commission, not the date of the postmark. Submission of documents within this period is a guarantee of admission to studies.

5) 01.09.2020 until 6:00 p.m. – possible further messages about the reduction of point thresholds for Candidates on the Reserve list.

If there are still free places, the points thresholds will be lowered again and the next Candidates from the reserve list will be qualified for submitting documents (changing the status to Qualified). In the ‘Commentary’ they will receive information about the date and place of submitting the documents.

6) 02.09.2020 to 05.09.2020 by 12.00 p.m. – submitting documents to the Enrollment Committee by Candidates from the reserve list.

Candidates qualified from the reserve list should provide the required documents by post or courier. The deadline indicated is the date of submission of documents to the Enrollment Committee, not the date of dispatch of the package.

Note: submitting documents within this period is not tantamount to admission to studies. The decision to accept or not to accept this group of candidates will be taken by the Enrollment Committee on 07 September 2020 by 3:00p.m.

7) 07.09.2020 by 3:00 p.m. – announcement of enrollment results on Candidates' accounts in the IRK system.

Announcement of the final threshold points qualifying Candidates for admission to the I degree full-time studies and approval of the final list of students admitted. Completion of recruitment.

Please note: The deadline for "submission of documents" means that on a given day the documents must be submitted to the Enrollment Committee. Along with the original documents, the Candidate also provides photocopies and sworn translations into Polish.

Please note: The documents must be delivered by post or courier service.

Do not send your documents before the Enrollment Committee’s decision on admission to studies.

Failure to submit documents within the deadline means the resignation of the candidate and results in negative admission decision - candidate will not start studies.
